Responsibilities
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Market the programmed to SMEs, institutions of higher learning, students and external partners through telemarketing and events including career fairs, talks, field trips, etc.
Handle inquiries on programmed from external parties
Evaluate applications based on the programmed criteria
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates and facilitate matching between applicants and participating companies
Follow-up and monitor the status of applicants, study award matches and grant funding through working closely with participating companies
Provide day-to-day administrative support which includes collation of information, processing applications, maintenance of applicants’ database and records, generating reports, preparation of documents and filling, etc.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Preferably a Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years of working experience. (Fresh Graduates may apply)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, institutions and external partners.
Possess strong planning and organizing skill
A good team player and results-oriented
Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
