Responsibilities
Working Hours:
9:00am – 6:00pm, 5.5 days/week
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices for car parts and workshop services
Handle general administrative duties for the automotive workshop
Maintain and update records, documents and invoices
Coordinate with workshop staff, suppliers and customers when required
Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a car workshop / automotive industry
Previous experience handling automotive administrative work and invoicing
Familiar with car parts and workshop operations
Good organisational and communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
