Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support equipment reliability improvement and maintenance activities across packaging lines.
- Assist in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Kaizen initiatives to reduce equipment breakdowns.
- Support TPM and HACS implementation and continuous improvement activities.
- Develop troubleshooting guides and One Point Lessons (OPLs) for critical equipment.
- Assist in developing Power BI dashboards for equipment downtime analysis and technical handover reporting.
- Support engineering documentation, data collection, and 5S improvement initiatives.
- Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
