About the Role

We are looking for an organised, responsible and proactive individual to support the Club’s daily operations. You will coordinate with outsourced IT service providers and contractors, follow up on reported issues, and assist the Operations & Facilities team.

This is primarily a coordination and support role. Specialist technical maintenance and troubleshooting are handled by appointed service providers.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with appointed vendors on IT support, network, CCTV, PA, AV, TrackMan and M-Quest matters; track reported issues and follow up on resolution.
• Arrange vendor visits and servicing schedules, monitor outstanding actions, and assist with quotations and contract renewal records.
• Maintain fault logs, equipment and service records; support compliance documentation and highlight unresolved matters to the manager.
• Assist colleagues with contractor coordination, facilities-related activities and Club event support when required.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Good communication, organisation and follow-up skills, with basic familiarity with IT systems and applications.
• A positive team player who is responsible, willing to learn and comfortable coordinating with vendors.
• Relevant IT support or facilities coordination experience is an advantage.
• Training and guidance will be provided where necessary.

Working Arrangements

Occasional coordination outside regular working hours, including weekends or public holidays, may be required for urgent issues or Club events. OIL hours will be provided.
