About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical intern to support our Sales Operations & Sales Analytics team in driving process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to business process analysis, data analytics, automation tools, and CRM systems, offering an excellent opportunity to develop both technical and business skills in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in process improvement and digital transformation projects to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
• Study and document existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Engage with end users and stakeholders to understand current workflows, challenges, and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Excel templates and tools for data collection, reporting, and analysis.
• Support the automation of database validation and data quality checking processes.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend areas for operational improvement.
• Create reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Assist in testing, documentation, and deployment of process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Exposure to CRM platforms such as ************* or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and business processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
