Responsibilities
Support on Management
o Oversees overall business strategy, profitability, and growth.
o Ensures compliance with industry regulations and government requirements.
o Builds partnerships with suppliers, clients, and insurers.
o Provides leadership and direction to all related parties.
o Monitors vehicle allocation, utilization, and lifecycle replacement.
o Oversees vehicle procurement, leasing agreements, and disposal/resale.
o Tracks mileage, fuel usage, and performance data.
o Ensures vehicles meet customer bookings and project requirements.
o Implements operational policies to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
o Manages in-house workshops or oversees outsourced maintenance providers.
o Schedules preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
o Ensures vehicles meet safety and roadworthiness standards.
o Controls spare parts inventory and workshop resources.
o Assigns repair jobs and monitors service quality.
o Troubleshoots technical issues and ensures timely resolution.
o Handles customer feedback, complaints, and service improvements.
o Ensures service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
o Secures new fleet management or maintenance contracts.
o Develops proposals, pricing, and competitive strategies.
o Manages key accounts and grows client portfolio.
