About this Program:

Come join us on an 18-month journey of comprehensive development and on-the-job learning where the primary objective is to identify and equip a pipeline of skilled and talented individuals towards becoming future leaders of the Bank.

The program is designed to enable participants to explore various functions within the Bank and to provide them with the necessary knowledge, skills and exposure to self-identify and chart their career pathway in the financial services industry.

Throughout the program, selected participants will:

• Undergo classroom-style learning, focusing on self-development through activities, e-learnings, excursions, simulations, games and quizzes.
• Be exposed to various roles and functions through divisional/departmental rotations.
• Pursue financial certifications to enhance their professional credentials.
• Engage in meaningful dialogues with the senior management of the Bank and work closely with other members of the organization to accelerate their learnings.
• Receive guidance and support from assigned mentors in fulfilling their potential.

Requirements:

• Possess a Master’s or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a reputable institution, with a minimum CGPA of 3.3 or its equivalent.
• Fresh graduates or individuals with less than 2 years’ full-time employment experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication skills.
• Active involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.
