Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, engaging and target-driven individual to join our team as a Live Host cum Academic Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting TikTok Live sessions to promote YPR's academic programmes, generating potential leads, providing consultation and following up with prospective students until registration is completed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Hosting & Promotion

• Conduct TikTok Live sessions according to the schedule and targets set by management.
• Promote YPR's academic programmes by explaining programme details, entry requirements, fees, sponsorship opportunities and registration procedures.
• Engage with viewers through interactive discussions and Q&A sessions.
• Generate potential leads through effective communication, presentation and closing techniques.
• Ensure all information shared during live sessions is accurate and follows company guidelines.
• Prepare live performance reports, including leads, enquiries and engagement.

2. Student Consultation & Lead Management

• Contact and follow up with leads generated from live sessions and other marketing channels.
• Identify prospective students' interests, needs and eligibility for available programmes.
• Provide consultation on academic programmes, fees, sponsorship, PTPTN financing (where applicable) and admission procedures.
• Manage prospective students from initial enquiry until registration is completed.
• Apply appropriate sales and closing techniques to achieve registration targets.
• Update lead status, communication records and follow-up activities in the assigned system or tracker.
• Maintain professional communication and provide accurate information throughout the consultation process.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Interested in social media, content creation and live hosting.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
• Able to manage leads and follow up with prospective students.
• Experience in sales, customer service, education consultancy or live hosting is an advantage.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
