Responsibilities
Deliver professional speech therapy services, including patient assessment, consultation and treatment.
Evaluate patients' conditions and formulate appropriate individualised therapy plans.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and established procedures.
Collaborate with patients and caregivers in setting therapy goals and care plans.
Provide training and supervision to Therapy Assistants to maintain quality standards.
Support staff coordination, caseload allocation and service coverage arrangements.
