Full Time HR Executive (Payroll - HR Operations) | 3 Days-Week Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,400 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Central / Northeast
Salary: $2,400/month (Pro-rated from $4,000 full-time equivalent)
Contract Duration: 2–3 Months
Tentative Start Date: December 2026
Working Days: 3 Days Per Week

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle monthly payroll processing using Info-Tech HRMS.
• Manage employee leave records and attendance through the HR system.
• Prepare and submit CPF contributions and relevant statutory HR documentation.
• Assist with tax submissions, government claims and related reporting when required.
• Administer employee benefits and health insurance matters.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding and general HR administration.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, including job postings and interview arrangements.
• Provide general office administration and operational support.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in full-cycle payroll processing and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with Info-Tech payroll / HRMS system strongly preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore payroll regulations, CPF contributions and statutory submissions.
• Experience in leave administration, employee benefits and HR documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Meticulous, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to commit to 3 days per week for 2–3 months, starting around December 2026.
