Responsibilities
ob Summary
Oversee and optimize retail outlet operations by managing staff, driving sales, controlling inventory, and maintaining brand standards to achieve business targets and support expansion initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead daily retail outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent brand standards
Plan and manage retail staff manpower, scheduling, training, and performance monitoring to maximize team effectiveness
Drive sales performance by analyzing and monitoring store KPIs to meet or exceed business targets
Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment and stocktaking to maintain optimal stock levels
Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and customer service standards to enhance customer experience
Monitor operational costs and implement efficiency improvements to increase profitability
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency across all outlets
Support new store openings and retail expansion plans through effective coordination and execution
Prepare and present regular sales and operational reports for management review
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Management
Experience with direct consumer interaction is an advantage
Ability to design and implement sales improvement strategies

Working Hours and other benefits:
6 days work week
Off in-lieu provided for work on public holidays
Commissions for achieved KPIs
Co-Insurance provided
