Full Time Senior Finance Executive - Mandarin Speaker Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in Career Horizons Selangor - Maukerja

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields.

Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance or Audit.

Candidates with external audit experience or strong commercial finance experience in financial reporting, audit coordination and compliance are preferred.

Good Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems.

Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in NGO, foundation, education or grant-funded organisations is preferred.

Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including reviewing payments, receipts, journal entries and bank reconciliations.

Review monthly management accounts and financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Monitor month-end and year-end closing activities and follow up on outstanding accounting matters.

Monitor grant utilization, fund allocation and expenses against approved budgets.

Manage annual audit activities and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion.

Oversee tax matters and coordinate with external tax agents on tax compliance and submissions.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements and internal finance policies.

Maintain and improve financial procedures, internal controls and approval processes.

Work closely with internal departments and external parties on finance-related matters.

Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through system enhancements, automation and digitalization.
