Job Description
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of
facility systems, including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, lighting, and generators.
Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
Coordinate with contractors for repair and servicing works.
Respond to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and facility-related issues.
Identify and report equipment faults and defects.
Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
Support maintenance operations across company properties.
Requirements
NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on experience in basic electrical maintenance and repair works.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and general building services will be an advantage.
Willing to travel when needed
