• Assist in the daily preparation and production of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods according to company standards.
• Support the Pastry Chef in managing kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, inventory control, and production scheduling.
• Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Monitor ingredient usage, minimise food wastage, and assist in maintaining cost efficiency.
• Participate in structured management training to develop leadership, team coordination, and operational management skills.
• Assist in supervising kitchen staff, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring timely production.

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
