SOURDOUGH FACTORY LLP (Food Manufacturing – Artisan Bread Supply)

Full Time Night Shift Baker

Salary Range :
up to $2600 per month

Location :
5 Mandai Link Mandai Foodlink (Kranji MRT)

Working Day :
6 days a week

Working Hour :
8 hours per day (44 hour per week + 1.5 OT Rate)

Working Shift :
************* (Night Shift)

Public Holiday:
one day OFF in Lieu

Annual leave :
10 days

Night shift allowances & meal allowances provided

Responsibility:

• Process ingredients scaling list
• Responsible for production of all dough
• To assist baking
• Cleaning up of used equipment & work stations
• To assist in dough shaping at table work station
• To portion and scale dough weight according to requirement
• To sort and arrange shaped dough by its code
• Any ad hoc duties assigned
