Serving agencies and education institutions (B2B) and parents (B2C), we design and deliver programmes that bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world relevance, building human skills for a digital world.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Programme Consultant to help us grow our community of learners and institutional partners. If you have a passion for education, marketing and the drive to open doors, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Develop marketing content — assist in preparing marketing collaterals and copywriting for posting twice a week.

• Support curriculum creatives — assist in developing content based on topics provided.

• Enhance outreach — engage parents, families, and community groups via corporate email and WhatsApp to promote our programmes and convert interest into registrations.

• Establish institutional partnerships — identify and approach schools, international schools, student care centres via email to explore collaboration and bulk enrolment opportunities.

• Provide market feedback — share insights on what parents and institutions are looking for, helping us refine and develop relevant programmes.

• Support proposals and pitches — assist in preparing simple proposals and presentations for institutional clients where needed.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in marketing, mass communications, business development, education, or community outreach.

• A genuine interest in youth education and development.

• Creative and savvy with Canva

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable building relationships with both parents and school administrators.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding.

• An existing network within the Singapore education or parent community is a strong advantage.

Remuneration 

Fixed hourly rate
