1 to 3 years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house creative team.

A portfolio of campaign concepts or integrated creative work.

Strong conceptual thinking with both visual and written communication skills.

Confident in presenting and explaining ideas.

Interpret marketing briefs and develop campaign concepts and creative ideas.

Lead brainstorming sessions and present concepts to stakeholders.

Prepare storyboards, scripts and concept boards for campaigns and videos.

Develop taglines, key messages and campaign themes with the copy and design teams.

Adapt campaign concepts for different channels and formats.

Refine concepts based on stakeholder feedback.
