Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards).

Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and vendor relations.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a capacity to motivate, develop, and guide a diverse workforce.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; Mandarin language skills are a significant advantage for communication with stakeholders and potentially suppliers/customers.

Experience with SQL systems and other relevant manufacturing software.

Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities within the poultry equipment manufacturing industry.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.

Oversee all daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards in the production of poultry equipment and systems.

Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve company objectives, focusing on process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced product quality.

Manage the entire supply chain, including procurement of raw materials, inventory management, logistics, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and high performance.

Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to finished product testing, to meet customer expectations and industry standards.

Manage and execute key projects related to new product development, facility upgrades, or process optimization, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborate with engineering, sales, and R&D departments to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing processes, aligning production capabilities with market demands.
