Responsibilities
Salary: $2,300 – $2,600/month
Location: Island-Wide
Working Arrangement: 5-Day Work Week | 44 Hours/Week
Rotating Shifts | Weekends & Public Holidays Required
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver a friendly and positive shopping experience to customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
Explain product features, benefits, and promotions clearly
Handle sales transactions and payments accurately
Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive store environment
Replenish stocks and assist with inventory-related activities
Support the team in achieving sales and customer service goals
Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
What We’re Looking For
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willing to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
Retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
Training will be provided for suitable candidates
Working Hours
Rotating Shift Schedule:
Opening: 10:45 AM – 8:45 PM
Full Shift: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (2-hour break)
Closing: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
5-day work week | 44 hours per week
Work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be required according to the roster.
