The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a prestigious international luxury brand to hire a Training Manager - Singapore & Malaysia.

This role is ideal for an experienced luxury retail leader who is passionate about people development, sales performance, and client experience. You will lead the retail training and coaching strategy across Singapore and Malaysia, working closely with retail leadership and regional stakeholders to strengthen selling behaviours, clienteling capabilities, and overall store performance.


The Job

• Lead and execute the retail training and coaching strategy across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring alignment with regional direction and business priorities
• Provide hands-on coaching to frontline retail teams and managers, focusing on client experience, selling skills, clienteling, relationship building, and leadership behaviours
• Use retail KPIs including sales, conversion, average transaction performance, clienteling, appointments, and customer experience results to identify coaching and development opportunities
• Lead and develop a team of retail coaches while partnering with store leaders on individual development and structured performance coaching plans
• Drive learning sustainment by ensuring training programs translate into consistent day-to-day behaviours on the sales floor, while supporting onboarding, learning initiatives, and measuring training effectiveness and ROI

The Talent

• Minimum 8-10 years of retail experience within luxury, premium retail, or an elevated client-facing environment, with exposure to sales and people leadership
• Proven track record in sales performance, clienteling, people development, and performance-based coaching; watches and jewellery experience will be an advantage
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret retail KPIs, identify performance gaps, and translate insights into effective coaching actions
• Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with good understanding of the Singapore and Malaysia retail markets
