Role summary

Lead the private-sector business development function for all three services: set strategy and targets, manage the BD team, and personally close key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy and targets: Set sales targets and plans for security, cleaning and pest control, and identify target industries and segments.
• Lead generation: Build and oversee lead sources across all three services, including referrals, partnerships, networking and events.
• Direct marketing: Lead marketing campaigns, company profile and proposal materials, and client presentations.
• Closing key accounts: Handle high-value negotiations and close sales for all services in the private sector, working with operations and costing to keep pricing competitive and profitable.
• Vendor registration: Oversee vendor registration with target clients, and make sure documents, portals and renewals are complete and on time.
• Team management: Coach, monitor and evaluate the Business Development Executives, and review the pipeline and KPIs weekly.
• Client relationships: Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals, upselling and cross-selling between services.
• Reporting: Give management regular reports on pipeline, conversion, revenue and market feedback.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• At least 5 years in B2B sales, including 2 years or more in a leadership role, preferably in security, cleaning, pest control or facilities services
• Proven record of closing contracts and meeting targets
• Strong leadership, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good network in the private sector

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
