Responsibilities
- s, Line Leaders, Technicians and Operators.
- Set departmental KPIs and monitor individual/team performance.
- Conduct manpower planning and shift arrangement.
- Provide training and coaching to production personnel.
- Handle attendance, discipline and performance issues.
- Develop supervisors and line leaders for future management roles.
8. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
- Production Planning / PPC
- Engineering / PE
- QA / QC / QE
- Materials / Purchasing
- Warehouse
- Maintenance
- R&D / NPI
- Customer Service
- Finance
to resolve production issues and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
