Red Dot Fitness is looking for passionate, disciplined, and people-focused coaches to join our growing team. If you believe in structured & quality coaching, long-term progress, and building a strongly bonded community, this role might be just for you. As a Red Dot Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group classes while upholding our coaching standards and community culture.

[Job Details]

• Part-Time Job
• Working Days: 4 - 6 days/week (Monday - Saturday)
• Working Hours: 2 - 4 Hours/Day (Depending On Schedule)

[Responsibilities]

• Coach group classes (Pax 10 - 16) with a strong emphasis on movement quality, safety, and progression
• Provide clear instruction, effective cueing, and appropriate scaling options
• Build rapport with members and create a strongly bonded community
• Maintain professionalism on the gym floor and represent the Red Dot Fitness brand
• Assist with workshops, events, or community initiatives

[Requirements]

• Relevant fitness certification(s)
• Strong understanding of strength training and conditioning fundamentals
• Ability to coach beginners and experienced members confidently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow as a coach
• Prior coaching experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
