Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with energy and warmth, offering an outstanding first impression of the WOLO brand.
• Conduct check-in and check-out process efficiently using the hotel system.
• Assist guest with request and inquiries.
• Anticipate guest needs and take proactive steps to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain high standards of grooming while on duty.
• Handle room assignments, key issuance, and payment procedures accurately.
• Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences in the system.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for room readiness and service recovery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for people and service.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
