Location : Old Klang Road, Kepong, Sri Petaling
Key Responsibilities

• Customer Advisory & Solutions: Engage with prospective clients to identify their vehicle preferences, assess driving needs, and recommend tailored automotive solutions.
• Relationship Management: Deliver high-standard customer service to foster client trust, encourage repeat business, and drive referral networks.
• Sales Excellence: Proactively generate leads, conduct product demonstrations/test drives, negotiate terms, and close sales to consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Market & Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, financing packages, market trends, and competitive offerings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with after-sales, finance, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless client journey from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven success in sales or a customer-facing role (automotive industry experience preferred).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of handling client objections effectively.
• Core Competencies: Results-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensing: Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (qualified for both manual and automatic transmission vehicles).
• Location & Mobility: Malaysian citizen residing in or near the Klang Valley area, with personal transport.
• Background Check: Clean criminal record is strictly required.
• Age Requirement: Between 20 and 45 years old.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
