Phase 1: Immersive Onboarding (Weeks 1–4)

• Paid training in our proprietary kidmando methodology
• Shadow senior coaches across 3+ sports to absorb multi-sport teaching techniques
• Receive your personalized Coach Development Plan

Phase 2: 1:1 Mentorship (Ongoing)

Every coach is paired with a dedicated mentor who:

Has years coaching experience in Singapore's youth sports ecosystem

Meets with you weekly for 45-minute 1:1 sessions to review sessions, troubleshoot challenges, and accelerate your growth

Location:

Singapore (Islandwide – preschools, international schools, public venues)

Compensation:

Full-time: SGD $2,500–$3000/month + performance bonuses

Part-time: SGD $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
All roles paid – no unpaid "trial periods" for productive work

The Role: Multi-Sport Coach

What You’ll Do :

• Teach and coach kids and adults in various sports (rugby, netball, football, hockey, and more).
• Lead training sessions for both recreational and competitive teams.
• Participate in competitions and tournaments as part of our teams.
• Develop creative lesson plans that keep participants engaged and excited.
• Take charge of your own competitive team as you grow with us.
