Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin fluently. 

No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Basic math and cash handling skills.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with integrity.

Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues.

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention.

Generate sales reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
