Job Description

  • Lead and implement the visual merchandising strategy across the Malaysia market.
  • Adapt global creative concepts into commercially effective local executions.
  • Manage seasonal launches, events, store openings, and promotional activations.
  • Ensure consistent VM standards across boutiques, department stores, and retail partners.
  • Partner with Retail, Marketing, PR, and Product teams on key campaigns.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost optimization, and expenditure tracking.
  • Monitor execution quality through audits, store visits, and performance reviews.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the VM team while managing agencies and suppliers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years' visual merchandising experience within luxury, beauty, or retail.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of consumer behavior and retail performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
