Full Time Techinician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in TUN HUSSIEN ONN NATIONAL EYE HOSPITAL Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

General & Civil/Mechanical Maintenance:

• Perform general building and facilities maintenance tasks, including painting, plastering, carpentry, and plumbing.
• Attend to general maintenance complaints and fix minor plumbing issues.
• Assist with minor servicing, repairs, and planned maintenance tasks for machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Keep the hospital environment clean, safe, and compliant for occupancies while maintaining proper documentation.

Electrical & Air Conditioning Maintenance:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical controls, wiring, lighting systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components, executing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and read technical blueprints/diagrams.
• Manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for building air conditioning systems, generators, Low Voltage (LV) systems, and relevant electrical equipment.

Job Requirements & Competencies

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, OR Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution.
• For Electrical/AC track: Valid PW Certification (minimum PW2).

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar facilities or maintenance role.
• Hands-on experience working as an electrician and handling A/C maintenance, electrical systems, generators, and LV maintenance.
• Foundational knowledge of electrical system maintenance/repairs is an advantage for the civil/mechanical track.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to follow building and safety regulations (e.g., National Electrical Code standards).
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Strong adherence to quality assurance, safety, and departmental procedures.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
