Kaleido Jewellery is a growing fashion jewellery brand in Singapore, and we’re looking for a proactive team player who enjoys e-commerce and working with data.

About the Role

Digital Fluency

• Manage product listings, product information and scheduled price updates on Shopify to support online launches and promotions.

• Use company-approved AI tools to assist with product content and e-commerce reports, checking the outputs before use.

Data Analytics

• Analyse RFM customer data to identify customer segments and purchasing patterns.

• Review campaign and e-commerce performance, including click-through and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement.

Omni-channel Management

• Assist in delivering targeted customer communications and personalised product recommendations across the company’s selected sales and communication channels.

• Support loyalty activities and online promotions in coordination with the E-Commerce Manager and relevant retail teams.

Data Analysis and Interpretation

• Interpret customer and campaign findings to recommend improvements to targeting, customer journeys and online sales conversion.

• Conduct supervised A/B tests and review the results to recommend adjustments to customer communications and promotions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years experience in the retail industry is a plus.

• Strong Excel skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills

• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and working with store, marketing, and warehouse teams

• Clear communicator in English

• Interest in e-commerce and livestream selling

• Experience in jewelry or fashion is a bonus.
  

Working Hours

Office hours are Mon–Fri, 9.30am - 6.30pm.
