You will manage customer service tasks by coordinating with customers and shipping agents to ensure smooth shipment customs clearance, prepare delivery and customs documents, and handle customer invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to address shipment inquiries and provide updates
- Coordinate with shipping agents and co-loaders to arrange timely shipment customs clearance
- Prepare accurate delivery and customs clearance documents to comply with regulations
- Generate and issue invoices to customers promptly and accurately
