• Provide clear ownership, mentorship, and direction to a distributed team of 7 architects . Move the past siloed project execution and drive them forward as a cohesive, high-performing technical unit.
• Step up to translate high-level business goals into practical technical patterns. Actively unlocking delivery roadblocks and getting things running.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CIO and business unit leaders, translating complex multi-platform architectures into a clear, strategic roadmap.
• Extensive background in e-commerce, digital revenue, or omnichannel retail.

skills and experience required
Proven track record of managing and developing capability in sizeable solution architecture team.

Extensive background in e-commerce, digital revenue, or omnichannel retail. Working knowledge or familiarity with SAP Commerce and enterprise integration ecosystems is highly beneficial.
