Full Time E-Commerce Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Kino Biotech (M) Selangor - Maukerja

• 1–4 years of e-commerce experience, with hands-on Shopee experience. We'll set the title (Executive or Senior Executive) based on your experience.

• Shopee Ads and affiliate experience is a strong plus

• Comfortable with numbers: you watch ROAS, conversion and stock, and act on what you see

• Organised enough to keep orders, invoices and returns running smoothly during peak campaigns

• Clear communicator who works well with platform account managers, designers and Finance

• Experience with KrisShop, iShopChangi or other marketplaces is a bonus, not a must

Shopee (your main focus)

• Run day-to-day Shopee operations end to end, covering listings, store decoration, campaigns, vouchers and bundles

• Plan and optimise Shopee Ads, including budgets, keywords, bidding and performance tracking

• Build and manage our Shopee affiliate programme, from recruiting partners to setting commissions and tracking results

• Plan monthly and mega-campaign calendars (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12) and the deals that go with them

KrisShop & iShopChangi

• Maintain listings and banners for campaign and BAU periods

• Submit pricing and voucher campaigns, and design bundles around monthly themes

• Work with platform account managers on price support, exposure, KOL seeding and events

Operations

• Order processing, with oversight during campaign peaks

• Invoice processing, including purchase orders and monthly platform reimbursements

• Return processing, cancellations and resolving issues with Logistics

• Guide and back up our Sales Admin on daily orders, invoices and returns

Working with the team

• Align monthly hero products with Marketing, and brief designers on thumbnails, banners and key visuals

• Track stock levels so hero SKUs stay available and ageing stock gets cleared
