Job Description

• Populate, update, and maintain detailed technical records within the calibration software, including equipment model specifications, serial numbers, range parameters, and customer profiles.
• Input and verify the data for customer unit-under-test (UUT) instruments as well as internal laboratory reference standards.
• Systematically catalog and upload historical calibration certificates, drift data records, and reference test reports into the software database.
• Review existing manual records and hard-copy documents against software inputs to ensure 100% accuracy, consistency, and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 document control standards.
• Assist in maintaining system job statuses, tracking customer work orders, and updating progress indicators within the software system.
• Support user testing during software feature updates, reporting data entry bottlenecks or discrepancies to the Technical Manager for workflow optimization.
• Assist with additional technical documentation, digital recordkeeping, or administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Available to start immediately.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
• Willing and able to work on-site at our office in Joo Koon
• Meticulous, organised and attentive to details, with good data entry and data management skills.
