Job Description

Responsibilities

Customer Service Assistant（1 year Contract)

  • Location: Bencoolen
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5:00pm
  • Salary range: $2800 - $3300 

Responsibilities: 

  • Liaising and co-coordinating with customers on sales orders and enquiries
  • Invoicing, P/O and D/O, purchasing / receiving
  • Order processing
  • Administration duties
  • Supply chain management duties (back up)

Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma holder with 1-2 years relevant experience
  • With relevant customer service & admin experience
  • Knowledge in ERP (SAP or similar) & Excel skill
  • This is a 1 year contract role, with opportunity to convert to permanent.
