The Mandate:

We are looking for a Founding Senior Data Scientist to build the intelligence layer for next-gen consumer products. This is not a support or reporting function. You will be a key decision-maker on what our client build and how our client build it.

What You Will Build & Own:

• 0-to-1 Productization: Own the full lifecycle - from problem framing and experimentation to deploying ML models in production that impact millions
• Core AI Pillars: Lead initiatives across Personalization / Recommendation, Search & Discovery, and GenAI / LLM applications
• Founding Culture: Define the data science roadmap, experimentation rigor, and engineering standards for the entire unit
• Executive Exposure: Partner directly with C-level and Product leadership. No layers.

We Are Looking For:

• 5-14+ years in Applied Data Science / ML with a track record of shipping products, not just notebooks
• Expert in Python and modern ML stack (PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-learn)
• Deep expertise in at least one: Recommender Systems, NLP / LLMs, Search Ranking, or User Behavior Modeling at scale
• Builder mindset - You are energized by ambiguity and have done 0-1 before. MS / PhD in a quantitative field is a plus
