Responsibilities
About the Role
Lead daily ramp operations and aircraft turnaround activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time service delivery while maintaining operational excellence and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day ramp operations and aircraft turnaround performance.
Oversee aircraft loading/unloading, pushback, towing, marshalling, and servicing activities.
Ensure adequate manpower and equipment to support operations.
Monitor OTP targets and coordinate recovery plans for operational disruptions.
Lead Duty Managers, Supervisors, and frontline teams.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Aviation, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in airport ramp operations, with supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of aircraft turnaround, ramp safety, and ground handling operations.
Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
Able to obtain and maintain Airside Driving Permit (ADP) and Airport Pass.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
