Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Coordinate mechanical and electrical works with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
Review M&E drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies and follow up on solutions.
Coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural works.
Prepare and follow up on shop drawings, material submissions and RFIs.
Monitor installation progress and workmanship against approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
Attend coordination meetings and follow up on outstanding matters.
Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning, rectification works and handover documents.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in M&E coordination.
Able to read and interpret M&E, architectural and structural drawings.
Familiar with building services systems, installation methods and applicable requirements.
Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage assigned tasks and follow through on outstanding issues.
