Full Time HAULAGE PLANNER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Semangat Deligasi Selangor - Maukerja

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule container collection and delivery between ports, customers’ premises, depots, and warehouses.
• Allocate drivers, prime movers, and trailers according to job requirements and availability.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping agents, forwarding agent, port operators, and transport teams.
• Monitor trips and update customers on container delivery status, delays, and schedule changes.
• Check container availability, port clearance status, booking details, and relevant transport documents before dispatch.
• Arrange empty container collection and return within the required deadlines.
• Monitor container free time to help minimise detention, demurrage, and storage charges.
• Maintain relevant record on trip, mileage, fuel, toll and delivery record
• Prepare daily and monthly operation reports

Requirements

• SPM, diploma, or equivalent qualification in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• Previous experience in haulage planning, container transport, or fleet coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of port operations, container movements, depot procedures, and local transport routes.
• Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
