Full Time Sales - Marketing (Property Developer) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Charter Built Group Selangor - Maukerja

• Lead and manage the sales & marketing team.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote housing projects.
• Identify new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with potential buyers, agents and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and execute sales launches, roadshows and promotional events.
• Develop and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.).
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads and Google Ads.
• Utilize Search Engine Optimization strategies to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
• Create engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, videos and online advertisements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, marketing and administration, preferably in the property industry.
• Leadership experience in managing a team and executing marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation and digital advertising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
