Voted Product of The Year is launching a new entity in Singapore seeking to increase its presence on the Singapore market and in South-East Asia. To do so, the company is looking for a Sales Manager to drive the business in Singapore & Malaysia and support the Directors with the day-to-day sales.

You will work to generate leads, develop good relationships with customers, develop compelling marketing campaigns, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic and self-driven individual with a background in sales, excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen and a passion for driving product innovation successfully to market.

Responsibilities:

Sales

• Identify product innovations on the Malaysian and Singaporean market
• Conduct market analysis to identify key competitors, customer needs and new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through networking, cold calling and lead generation activities
• Develop sales pipeline, track sales activities, prepare regular sales reports for the management and maintain accurate sales records in our CRM software
• Contact and follow-up with all prospects daily with a systematic approach
• Craft clear proposals and provide concise communication of our value proposition to customers to address their inquiries or objections
• Prepare sales enablement materials, including sales presentations, product brochures, case studies, and competitive analyses
• Be responsible for the before and after sales administrative support including contracts & invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers for repeated business

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in marketing and sales, business or a related field (preferred)
• 2-5 years experience in sales, preferably in a B2B
• Result-driven and independent individual with proven track record in sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software (hubspot/salesforce) and other marketing & sales tools
