Full Time L1 Console Support Jobs, in PERSOL APAC Federal Territory - Maukerja

**Position:** L1 Console Support(Fresher also can apply)

**Client:** MNC Client

**Salary:** RM3,000

**Contract:** 12 months renewable

**Work Schedule:** 12-hour shifts / 24x7 operations

**Location:** Bangsar South KL

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Monitor Windows, Linux, Network, Storage, Backup, Database and Applications

• Perform L1 troubleshooting and incident monitoring

• Handle incident escalations and shift handovers

• Execute Service Requests and Change Requests

• Perform batch jobs, automation, scripting, backup and infrastructure-related tasks as per SOP

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports

**Requirements:**

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field

• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience

• Fresher also can apply

• Experience in Infrastructure / Server / Application support

• Basic scripting knowledge

• Good spoken English
