Full Time Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,800 in BNL Services Pte Ltd East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily cleaning operations.

Plan and monitor manpower deployment and work schedules.

Supervise cleaning team to ensure smooth operations.

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure service quality and cleanliness standards are maintained.

Liaise with clients on operational matters, feedback and service requirements.

Monitor attendance, work performance and manpower needs.

Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions.

Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and records.

Ensure staff follow company procedures, safety requirements and site regulations.

Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

Relevant experience in environmental services, cleaning, facilities management or operations preferred.

Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.

Able to manage and supervise a team of workers.

Good problem-solving and organisational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Able to work independently and handle multiple sites/projects.

Willing to travel between work sites when required.

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
