Full Time SALES - MARKETING ADMIN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in FENCELINER SDN BHD Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and publish advertisements on social media platforms.
• Assist in digital marketing activities and respond to customer enquiries.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders (DO) and purchase orders (PO).
• Handle daily sales documentation, data entry and filing.
• Coordinate sales orders, deliveries and purchasing arrangements.
• Check and count scaffolding materials before delivery and upon return.
• Monitor and update scaffolding stock records, including incoming and outgoing materials.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged or missing materials.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
• Detail-oriented, organised and responsible.
• Able to handle documentation and physical stock checking.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
