Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company SOP.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and work performance.
• Assign daily tasks to staff and ensure all work is completed within the required timeframe.
• Monitor stock receiving, picking, packing, arrangement, allocation, and delivery processes.
• Ensure all goods are checked properly, including product labels, expiry dates, ingredients, and packaging conditions.
• Ensure accurate stock counts and investigate any stock discrepancies.
• Monitor staff productivity and ensure daily operational targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Ensure all staff comply with company policies, safety regulations, and work procedures.
• Identify operational problems and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for Management.
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to improve work performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure the workplace is clean, organised, and safe at all times.
• Report staff misconduct, operational issues, stock losses, and other irregularities to Management.
• Monitor overtime arrangements and ensure manpower is properly planned according to operational requirements.
• Evaluate staff performance and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
