key responsibilities:

An exciting opportunity to support digital commercial trading and operational execution for a growing online retail platform.

• Support day-to-day web store operations, content management, and campaign execution on digital platforms.
• Manage product listings, promotional mechanics, landing pages, and category merchandising.
• Monitor key digital metrics, campaign performance, and user experience analytics to drive engagement.
• Coordinate promotional activities and product availability across major third-party marketplace channels.
• Align trading plans with order fulfillment and delivery center workflows during major retail campaigns.

qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or omnichannel operations.
• Hands-on familiarity with web content management systems and digital platform backends.
• Sound understanding of digital promotional mechanics, online merchandising, and web analytics tools.
• Strong attention to detail with commercial orientation and collaborative problem-solving skills.
