An established global technology organisation is seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to drive business growth within Singapore's Public Sector. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role focused on developing strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering technology solutions that address complex business and operational challenges.

The role is suited to a seasoned sales professional with an established government network, strong hunting capabilities, and a track record of winning and growing large public sector accounts.

Your new role

• Develop and execute a business development plan for assigned Singapore Public Sector accounts.
• Identify new opportunities across ministries and agencies, building relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Understand customer priorities and work with internal teams to shape solutions that address their needs.
• Lead opportunities from initial outreach through proposal development, while maintaining a strong pipeline and delivering against revenue targets.

What you'll need to succeed

• A strong track record in IT sales or business development, with experience winning new business.
• Knowledge of the Singapore Public Sector and an established network of relevant contacts.
• Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and navigate complex sales opportunities.
• Experience in consultative selling and positioning technology solutions around customer needs.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
