Full Time Sales - Marketing Director Jobs, Salary up to SGD 9,500 in Tamako Meal Pte Ltd North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

This role encompasses Sales & Business Development, Marketing & Brand Management, Commercial & Strategic Management, and Leadership & Management responsibilities. You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets, identify new business opportunities and partnerships, and build relationships with key clients and strategic partners. You will oversee the company's overall marketing and brand strategy, plan and execute digital, social media, advertising and promotional campaigns, and manage the company's online presence. You will establish annual sales and marketing plans, KPIs and budgets, evaluate pricing and positioning to maximise revenue, and work with senior management on business expansion and growth strategies. You will lead and supervise the sales and marketing team, set KPIs and monitor performance, and collaborate across departments to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals

Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, corporate accounts, and revenue streams

Build and sustain relationships with key clients, corporate customers, and strategic partners to support business growth

Design and launch promotions, packages, and sales initiatives to boost customer acquisition and retention

Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and assess competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for management review

Develop and manage the company’s marketing and brand strategy to enhance market presence

Plan and execute digital, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness

Manage the company’s online presence ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms

Lead, supervise, and set KPIs for the sales and marketing team, monitoring their performance to achieve targets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial objectives and support business expansion

Requirements

Cheerful working attitude

To be able to use Microsoft Excel and is good with computers.

Being able to use photoshop will be an advantage

Able to commit at least 2 years to the company and is willing to grow with us

Candidate is also expected to be able to meet deadlines given by their superiors and work in a fast paced environment.

Building systems and designing programs to aid productivity within the operation area.
