We're Hiring: Service Automation Engineer!

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Automation Engineer with at least 6 years of experience to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain automation solutions that drive operational excellence and efficiency across our service delivery processes.

What You'll Do:
️ Design and develop automation workflows for service operations
️ Implement robust solutions to streamline IT processes
Monitor performance of automated systems and troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
Document processes, best practices, and technical specifications
Continuously improve existing automation tools and frameworks

• Strong hands-on experience as a Control-M Administrator at L3 level.
• Experience in Control-M migration and upgrades.
• Practical experience in database mirroring, HA configuration, failover, and DR activities.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M Automation API (AAPI).
• Experience implementing Job-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines for job promotions.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Scripting experience in Python and Shell.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL databases.
