Full Time FACILITY MANAGER I ACMV-HVAC systems Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Your Responsibilities:

• Consolidate facility activities, records, and documentation across office services and building maintenance.

• Prepare and present weekly/monthly client reports on progress, risks, plans, and improvements.

• Plan and monitor maintenance schedules for HVAC/ACMV, exhaust, utilities, and related systems.

• Coordinate inspections, servicing, and repair works with contractors and vendors.

• Manage vendor quotations, approvals, service coordination, and SLA/KPI performance.

• Oversee consumables planning, stock control, and replenishment.

• Lead breakdown response, escalation, record keeping, and corrective/preventive actions.

• Lead the on-site FM team and support daily operations and reporting.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Facility Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Facility management experience

• Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC and building maintenance.

• Experience in vendor management, technical documentation, and client reporting.

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with good safety awareness.
